Development Process
Implementation
of the project will be managed and supervised by the Project
Manager. He will lead the client organization through all
steps of the process to implement the best practices and IT
strategy. He will be in the constant touch with the client
via phone, fax, email, instant messengers (if needed personal
meeting can be arranged) to ensure that the clients feedback
and comments are timely reflected in the technical specification
on all stages of the project.

When
the potential client contacts us for the first time,
his project is analyze and he is provided with appropriate
information about our abilities. |

If the
clients are interested in our services, we start the
discussion to obtain further insight into the client’s
idea. We can be in touch with the client via phone,
fax, email, instant messengers (if needed personal
meeting can be arranged).We provide the references
of the previous clients, samples or mock ups as per
the clients desire. |

Based on the client’s
initial documentation and our discussion we develop
the project proposal, Flowchart, SRS (System Requirement
Study), SOW (Statement of Work) with the approximate
time estimation and quote the price of the development. |

If the client is satisfied
with the previous steps and agrees to our proposal,
our Project Manager creates the timeline documents,
assign the labor resource for the development, and
define the starting and ending date. All the development
work is being done on our test server, except the
cases when the application is located on the client’s
server. The client’s has the access to the test server
to monitor the process of the development and participate
in the development management and testing. |

Implementation of the

leader/Project Manager available to you 7 days a week
and 24hrs a day. He will be in the constant touch
with the client via phone, fax, email, instant messenger
(AOL, MSN, Yahoo, ICQ), to ensure that your feedback
and comment are product to your vision. |

The WSC Project Manager/Project
Leader will update (either in a dummy address or by
access to our test server) the clients on the progress
of the work on a regular basis. |

After project is completed and
tested in our server and in our client server, and
after the installation of the system to the client’s
server; all the source code of the application will
be handed over to the client. |
